The free version of Flow is already a fully functional focus timer. Flow Pro adds extra features for power users. You can subscribe Monthly or Yearly, restore a purchase on other devices, or switch to Lifetime.

Restore on other devices
Section titled “Restore on other devices”You only need to buy Flow Pro once. It is tied to your Apple ID, not to a single device.
To use it on another iPhone, iPad, or Mac, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase. Then open the Flow Pro screen in the app and choose Restore Purchase.
Switch to lifetime
Section titled “Switch to lifetime”Apple treats subscriptions and the lifetime purchase as separate products, so you cannot convert Monthly or Yearly to Lifetime in one tap.
- Cancel your Flow Pro subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Flow stays Pro until the current period ends.
- After that period ends, open the Flow Pro screen in the app and buy Lifetime.
If you are still in a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends so it does not convert to a paid subscription.
